The charity was set up in memory of the much-loved Cornish landlord and former Oxford United footballer. In his memory the family decided to form the Nigel Cassidy Trust Fund to help children in Cornwall and Oxfordshire, by supplying sporting organisations with grants of up to £500 to purchase sports equipment.

The Trust's donation has kitted out our Under 16 side with new tracksuits, the trust becomes the clubs charity partner.
